RETURN POLICY FOR IWEARLIVINGSCRIPTURES
(Throughout the site and our policies, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “iwearlivingscriptures” refers to Living Scriptures, LLC.)
Returns and exchanges are both available within 14 days from the delivery date. Our return policy will remain in effect for 14 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed by since your delivery date and your item has still not been returned to us, then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase to ensure that you did purchase the item from iwearlivingscriptures.com and also that your item is still eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Any item that has been used, worn, washed, cleaned, or altered in any way is not eligible for a return or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. We will be fair and honest with our judgment, so we ask all of our customers that they will do the same.
Please note that some items such as undergarments, face masks, and others are non-refundable and can not be returned and or exchanged due to hygiene matters. We hold the right to determine which items are and are not available for refunds and or exchanges.
All sale items are final. No items that are purchased while on sale are eligible to be returned for a refund or exchanged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We highly encourage your honesty because if we deem that your item has been worn, used, washed, cleaned, or altered in any way, we will not send your item back to you.
If/when you are approved for a refund, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time.
Exchanges
We will replace all items if they are defective or damaged as long as they are not used, worn, washed, cleaned, altered, or damaged by you in any way. All of our items are inspected before being shipped so we will know, to a great extent, if it was damaged after it was shipped out. So please do not wear an item, then damage it and send it back for an exchanged. Your request will be denied.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable from the original order. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Also, if you plan to return or exchange an item, returning the item back to us will be paid by you. We will not reimburse you for the shipping cost.
